Our team embraces challenges and is engaged in working together to contribute to our business objectives. There are two positions available. These positions report to the Operations Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES All facility management responsibilities including: Customer satisfaction, Supervision of technical, financial and administrative staff Extensive and varied reporting Management of environmental and energy initiatives Overall responsibility for successful delivery of projects (both small and major capital) Mid and long-term asset management planning Management of key performance indicator (KPI) expectations Management of life safety requirements and management of quality requirements, as well as creation of and management of the O&M budget. QUALIFICATIONS A Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Facility Management or a BPMA and/or IFMA designation preferred Minimum 5 years related experience. Strong leadership skills. Excellent team management track record. Demonstrated knowledge of building management and project management. Budget and accounting skills. Excellent customer service skills A highly developed sense of tact and diplomacy, team leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure. Extensive experience in mainataining and managing building services/ systems using contractors and in-house staff. Valid driver's license. Ability to obtain RCMP Security Clearance. | |
