| General Manager Main purpose of the position is to drive sales, profitability and customer service in our retail stores through supporting the selling culture, instilling company values and developing the business through gaining a solid understanding of the local market and broadening community involvement. Responsible for the communication, planning and execution of key business strategies (such as hyper growing copy center, culture and selling solutions). Required to be an active force in driving sales externally and prospecting for new customers. Coach and lead management team to drive overall store performance through support and development of staff, diligent review of P & L, attention to the protection of company assets and focusing on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our associates and customers. | |
