| Landscaping Engineer • To prepare architect design works for landscaping and gardening planning, design, construction, aesthetic layouts of built environment. • Review landscape design; provide recommendation and suggestions for improvements. • Coordinate and monitor the construction of landscape and grounds to include trimming, edging, weeding, pruning of trees and shrubs, application of herbicides, pesticides and fungicides, and application of seeds, bulbs, plants, mulch and fertilizers as directed; operate weed eaters, power edges, power mowers, backpack sprayers, hoes, shovels, hand tools and related landscape equipment as required. • Review technical proposal submitted by the service provider for maintaining the landscape area and irrigation system. • Review specification related to electrical and hydraulic irrigation systems, plumbing code and other materials specification and installation details. • Review designs and specifications ensure follow-up of proper procedures to meet specified requirements. • Participate in commissioning activities related to landscape installation and irrigation system. • Coordinate all issues related to landscaping functions, system and all related procedures and workflows. • Apply engineering technology and knowledge of biological sciences to horticultural and landscaping. • Establish general landscaping requirements with related departments within road directorate, conducting preliminary studies of contours/outlines, soil conditions, drainages, bionetwork, roads and paths. | |
