Accounts Payable Clerk •Processing, coding and payment of invoices and expense reports. •Meet deadlines for month end and cheque runs according to the laid down procedures. •Reconcile vendor accounts as necessary. •Ensure records are filed on a timely basis. •Processing of all the wire transfers. •Maintain up to date vendor records, including address, payment methods, etc. •Provide assistance to general accounting function as required. •Other duties as assigned. Full Time - 1 Year Maternity Leave
