| Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanis Our Heavy Equipment Technicians maintain, repair and rebuild heavy equipment at our shop in a safe, efficient and capable manner. The successful applicant will be required to: • Make recommendations regarding the extent of repairs and suggest methods of improvement • Repair the equipment in a timely and financially responsible manner • Interpret work order and technical manuals • Think logically and keep up with changes in technology • Have a strong awareness and attitude towards workplace health and safety • Be motivated and able to work in a challenging environment with minimal supervision Qualifications: Forestry, mining and heavy equipment repair experience is preferred along with a HDM (Off Road) Journeyman certification. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. | |
