| Part Time Retail Rep As a member of the CROSSMARK Dedicated Team you must perform general merchandising and complete selling tasks in assigned stores in designated areas. Tasks may include general sales, cutting in new items, and acquiring additional space for existing items, while maintaining customer service standards. Shift: Days Candidate will be expected to complete the following tasks: • Sell seasonal products and cut in new items • Maintain compliance and distribution of all required products in assigned territory • Effectively communicate benefits and product information of our client’s brands • Maintain store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products • Supply and place point of sale materials • Implement shelf plan-o-grams • Lift 35 lbs. to 50 lbs. occasionally | |
