In the fast growing city of Yellowknife, there's a place that you can call Home. Consider one of our fully furnished suites, or choose from a selection of modern unfurnished apartments. One and two three bedroom units are available close to all of the amenities.

Position Overview
General duties will include maintaining the cleanliness of the halls and common areas of the sites and cleaning vacant suites, seasonally related tasks including; snow removal and sweeping of leaves, regular inspection and cleaning of common areas and grounds, whirlpool maintenance and responding to emergency situations as required. This position reports to the Site Manager.

Full-time various hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekend work may be required)
Own transportation is required.

Requirements
You will have demonstrated exceptional customer service in your current position and also possess working knowledge of basic principals and equipment used in the caretaking of a residential facility. Further, you will have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, fellow co-workers, and will be able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment. Prior caretaker/cleaning experience in an apartment setting is preferred.
